Student, trainee and professional chefs aged 18-23 have until midday on Friday 28th April 2017 to submit their recipe for a brand new on-the-go patisserie item, and stake their claim to have it created for sale at this June’s Taste of London – one of the world’s greatest restaurant festivals.
