ARYZTA Food Solutions on Show at Taste of London
From 14th – 18th June, ARYZTA – which counts high-end foodservice supplier, Coup de pates and supplier of fine artisan garnishes, Bouquet Garni among its portfolio – will have a range of new products on show including James Tanner’s ‘Inspired by’ dessert and an on-the-go patisserie product created by an aspiring young chef as well as offering a memorable and unique drinks and dessert pairing experience to visitors.
For many, Taste of London will be the first chance to sample James Tanner’s ‘Inspired by’ Chocolate Pavé which as yet has only featured on the chef’s own restaurant menus. Created following months of development work, the dessert is set to hit the UK market this summer with Tanner calling on fellow chefs to add their own edge to the dessert and make it their own. On Friday 16th June he will be on stand demonstrating how flavours as diverse as gingerbread and passion fruit, Sichuan pepper and mandarin can all be used to enhance and update the original.
Meanwhile, one young chef will have earned the right to see their very own creation on show right alongside Tanner’s. Challenged to create an on-the-go patisserie product for Chefs at Play, a competition within the brand’s high-end foodservice arm Coup de pates, the winner’s product will be on sale throughout the festival, providing them with a fantastic springboard to launch their career in the industry.
Marking a new angle for ARYZTA, a team of chefs will also be on hand throughout the event to recommend and advise on drinks and desserts pairings.
